Return Policy

In-Stock Items:
Returns are accepted within 7 business days of purchase for in-stock items. If shipping, buyer is responsible for shipping and must be postmarked by 7 days from receipt. 

Preorder Items:
All preorder items are non-refundable.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

• All original tags must be attached

• A valid receipt is required

Refunds:
Returned items are eligible for store credit or exchange only. No cash refunds.

All Sales Are Final On:

• Sale or markdown items- including days where entire store is discounted for special events. 

• Custom or monogrammed orders

• Jewelry, leggings, bralettes, accessories, lotions/body products

Holiday Returns:
Items purchased between Black Friday and Christmas Eve may be returned for exchange or store credit through January 8.
